Fiabci Brasil and its Principal Member Secovi are organizing the 16th annual Master Award Ceremony. Our well known Master Award, called “Prêmio Master” in Portuguese, will take place on September 22nd, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. The venue will be “Clube Atlético Monte Libano”, at Av. República do Libano, 2267, in São Paulo.
This Brazilian Award is equivalent to the Prix d’Excellence and gives international prestige to its participants.
The co-organizers of the event: Fiabci Brasil - The Brazilian Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation and Secovi-SP - “The Real Estate Association” - will be really proud to have your participation in this event.
In addition, this award is part of the São Paulo Real Estate Week happening from September 18th to 26th:
1st Phase - Secovi´s Convention (September 18th to 22nd at Rua Dr. Bacelar, 1043 - Vila Mariana) which will hold an International Panel on 22 of September.
This convention is notable for:
- Providing a varied offering of properties and real estate investment opportunities where exhibitors can come in directly to contact their target audience
- Its speeches delivered by renowned Brazilian and International experts on topics addressing the global macroeconomic scenario
- Its impact on the real estate industry, new trends and presentations of practical cases, among other topics.

FIABCI-USA National Meeting
FIABCI-USA invites you and all members to join us at our upcoming national meeting – Connecting Continents - in Seattle, Washington, September 23-26. Our conference schedule is full of opportunities for you to share, learn, network, and enjoy the camaraderie of FIABCI-USA.
On Friday, September 24, you will have the first opportunity to take the new FIABCI course, Global Real Estate II. And you’ll enjoy our Sunset Event, a networking evening with food and drink in a private club with panoramic views of the bay and the sunset.
Saturday’s Networking Lunch & Marketing Session is the best opportunity to enhance your network and learn more about fellow FIABCI members’ expertise, properties, and services. One 3-minute marketing presentation is included in each FIABCI member’s conference registration fee.
Saturday is full of education. During the Welcome Session on Saturday morning, you will have the opportunity to hear about foreign investment in Seattle, among other presentations. In the afternoon, you will learn about the current state of Asian property markets, specifically Vietnam, Japan, and China. You’ll also benefit from a detailed presentation on Understanding International Market Risks and Opportunities. (Because this is our national meeting, all presentations will be in English, without interpretation.)
Our conference culminates with the FIABCI Scholarship Foundation Dinner & Auction. Join friends at this elegant dinner in our lovely room on the water with stunning views of the mountains and the bay. All proceeds from the auction (which is always fun!) will benefit the FIABCI Scholarship Foundation, which awards grants and scholarships to further the study on international real estate.
